Gym Update October 2018

The gym is getting so close to being finished now!!!

  • All of the equipment is in.
  • New rubber floor fitted.
  • Stereo system is in, TV will be hung soon.
  • Keyless entry system will be fitted within days allowing easy access  to the gym and other areas depending on your membership level.
  • Electrical works will be completed shortly with new fans and lights.

Our volunteers are working tirelessly to put the finishing touches to everything and expect an opening date to be announced soon.

The pricing will be;

Life Members                             Free

Patrolling Members                  Standard Club membership (currently $60)

Executive Members                  Standard Club membership (currently $60)

Volunteering Members            Standard Club membership (currently $60) (NB: this is for people with a defined                                                        role and is at the discretion of the executive on a case by case assessment based                                                      on the previous year).

Club Sponsor​​​​                              Free for 1 member of staff. $22 Fob Fee

Gym/Community Member​​      $210 (inclusive of $60 club ​​​​​​membership)

Fob Replacement Fee                ​​​$44 per replacement.

 

 

Defined Roles

Events Coordinator

Responsible for doing or organising people to;

  • Monitor Events Email
  • Providing List of Bookings to Exec
  • Providing Booking to Bar Staff & Licensee
  • Interacting with Hall Hirer re payment, bonds etc?

Building Coordinator

Responsible for doing or organising a team to;

  • Mow lawns & tend to gardens
  • Clean outside windows
  • Place Bins out as needed
  • Prioritise and seek pricing for all repairs
  • Advising Exec on any required maintenance

BBQ Coordinator

Responsible for doing or organising a team to;

  • Order Food & Drinks for each week
  • Cook the BBQ and serve
  • Clean up after BBQ and pack away of BBQ equipment

Age Managers

Responsible for doing or organising a team to;

  • Set up & pack up nippers
  • Complete Age Managers Course
  • Weekly Sign in & Sign Offs
  • Sign off for education awards
  • Assist with sorting Water Safety
  • Assisting with Parent helpers

Bar Assistants

Responsible for doing or organising a team to;

  • Order & collect bar supplies
  • Helping rostering Bar staff
  • Liaising with Licensee
  • Packing up & locking down post events

Fundraising Coordinator

Responsible for doing or organising a team to;

  • Create events and activities at the club
  • Seek sponsorship
  • Organise any raffles
  • Liaise with Executive, Bar Assistant & Events Coordinator for bookings
