Notice is hereby given that our 2025 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on:

Important Information:

Nominations for Executive Positions:

Must be received no later than 5pm on Saturday 9 August 2025.

Nominations must be submitted via email to the Director of Administration at: admin@tareeoldbarsurfclub.com.au

Nominations cannot be taken from the floor on the day of the AGM.

Positions Open for Election:

All Executive roles are declared vacant at the AGM. Positions open for election include:

• President
• Vice President
• Director of Administration
• Director of Finance
• Director of Surf Sports
• Director of Education
• Director of Member Services
• Director of Lifesaving

Voting and Quorum:

A minimum of 20% of eligible voting members must be present to form a quorum.

Eligible voters include Active Members, Life Members, Reserve Active and Long Service Members, and certain Award Members on patrol as per the Constitution.

Proxy voting is not permitted.

There are a number of current executive committee members who are not looking to return in the new season. We encourage all members to support the Club by attending the AGM and considering a role (executive, committees or active volunteer) in the 2025/26 season. Your contribution helps shape the future of our Club.
